Laurens Matthys

Laurens is a junior associate in Argo’s corporate department.

His professional focus is on corporate law and M&A, private equity and capital markets.

Laurens is a graduate of the University of Ghent (Master in Law, 2018) and the Vlerick Business School (Master in General Management, 2019). Before joining Argo Law in 2024, Laurens worked at a Belgian bank-insurer and a Legal Tech start-up.

He has been a member of the Bar since 2024. Laurens joined ARGO in 2024.
