Charlotte Wuyts

Charlotte is a managing associate in Argo’s corporate department.

She advises on all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on advising listed entities on capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. She gained much of her experience with listed entities during two inhouse secondments at BEL-20 companies. Charlotte also has experience in private equity transactions and fund structering.

Before joining Argo Law in 2019, Charlotte was an associate in the Corporate and Finance department of Linklaters LLP. She is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Masters in Law, 2015) and has been a member of the Antwerp bar since 2015.

Aside from corporate law, Charlotte has in interest in the law of the World Trade Organisation ever since her participation in the John H. Jackson WTO Law Moot Court. During the academic year 2018-2019, she was a teaching assistant at the University of Leuven in the course on WTO law.

Charlotte authored an article on fraud in M&A transactions.
