Lise Van Daele

Lise is a managing associate in Argo’s tax department.

Her professional focus is on tax law in general with a specific interest in corporate income tax, personal income tax, registration duties and VAT. She advises clients on the tax aspects of corporate reorganisations, R&D and innovation tax incentives, private equity transactions, investment funds and the structuring of incentive compensation plans. Her practice also includes tax audit and tax litigation work.

Lise has authored a number of articles on tax law topics.

Lise is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Law degree, 2017) and a Master in Tax Law (2018). Lise has been a member of the Bar since 2018. She joined Argo in 2018.
