Freya Jorens

Freya is a partner at Argo. She is co-head of the fund structuring practice and a member of the corporate department.

Freya has built a remarkable track record, assisting clients in private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and public offerings for more than ten years.

Together with Philippe Rens, Freya is head of Argo’s fund structuring department. In this role, she advises private equity and venture capital funds, feeder structures and fund managers on their set-up as well as on all other legal matters during the lifetime of a fund, thereby covering all regulatory and legal aspects.

Before joining Argo Law upon its foundation in 2013, Freya was an associate in the Corporate and M&A department of Linklaters LLP. She has been a member of the Bar since 2010. Freya is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Masters in Law, 2010) and the University of Antwerp (Master in Germanic Languages, 2006).
